About OpenIT (UK) Ltd

OpenIT was formed in 1990 initially providing professional IT consultancy to corporate organisations assisting them with business critical system management and planned maintenance programs within their Information Technology infrastructure.

The business made good ground and sustained positive growth during its early years. In the spring of 2003 the business was registered as a limited company and began the search for suitable commercial premises with diversity in mind. OpenIT secured its first large building with room to accommodate additional small businesses looking for affordable serviced offices.

Since then, OpenIT has continued to grow by taking on additional properties to provide quality office space for other dynamic businesses who require modern high specification offices from which to run their businesses.

In doing so, our range of property services and experience has enabled us to provide Office Services for other larger companies in a facilities management role of their own building.

What OpenIT offers today

Fully Serviced Offices
along with a private office, includes the utilities, rates, heat & light, IT, phones, Fax, Broadband, refreshments, security, insurance, maintenance and cleaning; all within one single monthly fee

Property Services
includes a full range of property refurbishment services, design, demolition and construction, fit-out, electrical and mechanical, decorative, information technology, fire, security & CCTV.

Joint Ventures
includes securing premises, planning, refurbishment, fit out and furnishing. We will even assist the client to relocate.

Facilities Management
includes the provision of a full range building services (from utilities tio IT and cleaning) to a client within their own building.
